		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for your message David; I endorse the idea of expanding our social/cultural neighbourhoods in Powell River to include the lower Sunshine Coast to the south and the island groups in close proximity.  A well organized ride share scheme would make travel cheaper and less wasteful. Perhaps in future a rural transit system with foot passenger connections to ferry terminals will be reliable. Yet, at some point the floating parking lots we call ferries will become obsolete when fuel gets less affordable. Come what may, we&#039;re blessed with a bio-region that is lush and lovely.]]></description>
